such as The purpose of use means that you are sewing Curtains for protection or for the purpose of blocking lighting. Wash ability, meaning that if you are going to sew curtains that are used on windows that are constantly open or subject to dirt, then you should choose an easy-to-wash fabric. Cutting the fabric in preparation for sewing simple curtains:

After completing the process of washing and drying the fabric, we determine the sizes and then determine them on the fabric and cut them using sharp scissors.

Dealing with the sides of the cloth, then we bend one of the sides of the fabric with a distance of 1/2 cm on the side of the back of the fabric and walk on it with an iron and then we bend another 1/2 cm and walk on it with an iron as well, and then fix the layers with pins and start the process of sewing the home curtains, Repeat all of the above on the other side and the base or the lower part of the curtain.

4. Sewing curtains :

In the following pictures, it is shown that the required sizes are wider and longer than the window on which the curtains will be hung, and it is not required to take close sizes as the final shape will be bad, and so you can hold the measuring tape and take sizes longer and wider than the window sizes.

After you finish taking the sizes, you can buy fabric of your favorite colors to use in sewing curtains, taking into account the increase in a few areas when buying, and after this step, we fold the fabric from the side and pass the iron over it. In the next step, we fold the fabric again and then pass the iron over it, and with this, we have two folds, and the implementation is done on all sides of the fabric until the upper side from which the curtain will be hung.

These steps must be applied to it. After finishing the bending of the sides of the fabric, we lay a flat on the ground or on a clean carpet and we spread the lining fabric on it. The main curtain fabric must be half a cm larger than the lining fabric on all sides, and this step ensures that curtains are sewn accurate and free of defects, and here you can use a ruler or tape measure and determine the distances on all sides and then use scissors to cut the excess. We insert the lining cloth under the folds on each side and to ensure that they do not deviate or deviate from their positions, you can use clothespins and install them from all sides, then we sew all sides depending on the machine.

5. After sewing curtains :

After sewing curtains simply, we produce work similar to the one in the following pictures, and this does not mean that we are finished, but there are still some simple steps. We bring a piece of cloth, whether the lining cloth or the other cloth, depending on the availability, and we make a group of small rectangles to hang the curtain from it on its holder. We place these fabric rectangles on the upper part of the curtain at equal distances and install them using clothespins. In the next step, we sew all the fabric rectangles by walking along the upper part and for the lower part, each rectangle is sewn separately. After you finish sewing the rectangles, you can bring the column and insert it into the various loops aesthetically and hang it on the window, and thus you will be able to sew upscale curtains and at the same time, you saved money and improved the appearance of your home.
